This policy covers dylanhaggett.com and the booking tool operated by Dylan Haggett (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada) for The MAC Group, DATCO, ultiMAC Clean, FAIRWAYLAB, MTM Solutions, 88FEVER and Jargon Junkies.

What is collected

The link hub itself collects nothing. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies on that page.

If you book a meeting, the booking form collects:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, which is required for every booking
• Which business your enquiry concerns, and the meeting length
• Anything you type into the notes field
• The email addresses of any guests you choose to add, so they can be invited to the same meeting
• The time zone your browser reports, used only to show times correctly

How it is used

Solely to schedule and hold the meeting you requested. Your details are used to create a calendar event, send you a calendar invitation, and contact you about that meeting.

If you add guests, their email addresses are used only to send them an invitation to that same meeting. Please only add people who expect to hear from you. Guest addresses are not stored anywhere beyond the calendar event, and are limited to five per booking.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and you will not be added to a marketing list as a result of booking.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to Haggs Weekly-ish, your email address is stored with Resend and used only to send that newsletter. Signing up is express consent under Canada's anti-spam legislation; the welcome email records the date and where you signed up. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe, and you can also reply to any issue asking to be removed. Your address is never sold, rented, or used to send you anything else.

Google account access

The booking tool connects to Dylan Haggett's own Google Calendar in order to read existing busy times and create new events. You are not asked to sign in to Google, and the tool has no access to your Google account.

That connection reads free/busy information and creates or updates calendar events. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google is used only to provide the booking feature, is never transferred to third parties except as needed to provide it, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except as you request, for security, or where required by law.

Who else can see it

Only the services needed to make a booking work:

• Google — calendar events and invitations
• Netlify — website hosting; standard server logs including IP address
• Resend — booking confirmations and, if you subscribe, the newsletter

How long it is kept

Calendar events remain in the calendar as a record of the meeting. You can ask for a booking record to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information held about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing dylan@macgrp.ca. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and their information is not knowingly collected.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
